OC materials? No doubt, I'll be embarrassed when you define that, but it doesn't come to mind right now.You'll also want to address wall issues.
Lastly, whatever you do with the ceiling (or anywhere), be sure to consider the possibility of rattling (resonance!) at specific frequencies, and build accordingly.
