Modern Room Acoustics Texts

Every acoustics book I own is at least 20 years old. Does anyone have a recommendation for a more recent text which does a good job of dealing with the acoustics (and solutions) of listening rooms? I fully expect the physics to remain pretty much the same, but with updated concepts, findings, and design approaches. Thanks in advance.
