While this program does have pink noise, it's not pre-filtered into 1/3 octave bands. So you'd have to do that yourself using an audio editor program. But you know what? I wouldn't even bother! After all, what will you do even if that peak, or one like it, really is present? I sure wouldn't use EQ at that high a frequency. So you either live with it, buy new speakers that are flatter, or treat the room if it can be shown that the room is the cause. Which it may or may not be.
