Ethan,The stereophile cd uses sinewaves. Is there a free online source for the other (good) kind of treble waves?
Re: the bass trap, I am aware that in general, just one is of limited value. However, in this case I think it might be effective as I am using it to try to balance out the effects of asymetric speaker placement (one speaker is one meter from a side wall while the other is 4-5 meters away. The right speaker is loading bass into the corner while the left one is far away from a corner. I was planning to put a fiberglass trap in the right corner. What do you think? Is this going to be a complete waste of time?
