FRK vs. Unfaced Fiberglass in basement room

I'm planning to use 4in thick 705 2X4 rigid fiberglass mounted in frames on stands and covered with burlap as corner bass traps. They will be spaced as far from the corners as my small 13.5 X 15 room will allow. The insulated, drywalled room is BARE except for carpet, an armchair and my audio setup. I had a local supplier special order unfaced sheets of the fiberglass instead of the foil-reinforced kraft backed sheets, but now I am concerned that I made the wrong decision. How will the unfaced do? The sound in my room is DREADFUL as is. Assuming I can't change my order, is there a treatment I can/should apply to the traps if the room sounds dead? I should have two spare 2x4 sheets of rigid fiberglass left over from the build. How can I utilize these for slightly higher frequencies?
