Fiberglass is not the health risk some people seem to think it is. This report is on the American Lung Association's web site, and you can probably trust them to be unbiased:http://www.lungusa.org/site/pp.asp?c=dvLUK9O0E&b=35439
So as long as you take minimal precautions and wrap the fiberglass with fabric, you'll have nothing to worry about.
