It's either a Vifa D19 or a SEAS 3/4" dome. The Vifa is a poly dome and the SEAS is cloth. If yours is poly then you'll know it's Vifa, and cloth, well, you'll know it's made by SEAS. The mid-woofers also look like SEAS manufacture to me.
Remove the tweeter. It should have a model number on the backside. It should be on a paper label, unless Westlake removed that.
Try Madisound. Their prices will be a fraction of what Westlake will want.
