HNeed advice on Low power FM station start up

Pro studio recording equipment and music production/industry.

I am starting to work with a group putting together a low power FM station. They have put together a preliminary equipement list and I was looking for some advice about what we might need and where and how to get it. I am interested in getting great sounding and versatile devices, but they also need to be idiot proof as there will many volunteers in the studio. Perhaps ther is better equipement or better ways to accomplish things. The will doing a lot of community based talk and also local music production. Any advice would appreciated.
