You export the 16/44.1 tracks to .wav on a pc or .aif on the Mac. Then you burn an audio cd-r with whatever burning software you have. If you want a true redbook compliant cd-r, then you need to use burning software that allows you to edit the pq subcodes and add the isrc codes and upc code. Toast w/Jam for the Mac works great.
