Here at Trew Audio, we recommend Quantegy 480 for Nagra IV-S and 4.2 models. We've had problems rebiasing IV-S's for Quantegy 499 and getting Record Distortion within spec. We're a hugely popular Nagra Service Center, by the way.
(No problems biasing Nagra T's for 499, just the IV-S)
