Bill, thanks for the suggestion - only, I have no experience building ...well anything! I'd be interested to learn, but after looking at your website - I think I'd make a mess of things.Would tweaking a cheap enclosure be an alternative? Perhaps the wiring, connectors and (perhaps crossover) could be upgraded.. I'm just thinking here.
Like I mentioned, I'm interested in getting a resolving sound on the piano. I'd like the sound to be detailed enough to inspire me.
When I tried a friends EV speakers, it sounded so ... muddy. I remember unplugging my Keyboard from the mixer and voicing it through a high powered (but cheap) ministereo during practices.
Sigh.
