problem of Behringer DEQ2496

I have bought an eq. Behringer DEQ2496. but...sometime it reboots 6-8 times after turn on. and then, I play the cd player, about about 1 minute. it reboots 6-8 times again. after that, it can play for a long time. is it o.k. or some problem occur? Any DEQ2496's user is here?
