LP to CD transfer

Hello friends

I have been these days transfering some classical LP's to CD through my computer.
I would like to know what ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) for my computer is the more recommendable for this purpose.
I'm using and Avid Volvere turntable with SME 309 tonearm and Koetsu Rosewood cartridge. DIY phono stage.
