Here's one for the designers in the audience: I have an old LEAP/LMS package program, but I've never been able to make accurate measurements with the LMS portion. Why, you might ask? Living in a condo, I don't have the spacious (& quiet) driveway area required for correct ground plane measurements, and if I make any room of our small condo into an anechoic chamber, then I'll be sleeping in the car in the aforementioned undersized driveway. Is there any way to create a small (and somewhat adjustable) anachoic chamber which could accommodate only the front of a loudspeaker enclosure plus the measurement mic, and still be able to obtain fairly accurate results? Any suggestions (short of digging holes in the front yard) will be welcome and appreciated!
