using studio monitors for car stereo

i am thinking of using a pair of small 4 ohm behringer 1c monitors for a car stereo system. they have a 51/2 inch woofer and a tweeter. think it;s worth a try? they only cost $40. so if they dont work out, no huge deal. they have to beat the crappy 5 inch auto speakers that will fit in the cutout in my small car. thanks
