It's a bare bones system from Habey:

You get a lot more flexibility in choice of motherbaoard by using a standard mini-ITX motherboard and a DC to DC ATX power supply like those available here. You could go fanless, go with or without the ION GPU, choose an AMD Fusion APU, have DVI video output, many more external USB ports, Firewire, eSATA, etc.
