Blue Coast Collection 2

Blue Coast Records has released their Collection 2. If you like acoustic/folk style music, the sound quality and performances are excellent. DSD files are available for download and can be played back with Foobar, Korg AudioGate, or Pure Music. Conversions of the files to PCM can be done with the first two. I converted the .dff files to 176.4/24 aiff with the Weiss Saracon. The dynamics and quality of sound were excellent. The dynamic rating for the first Blue Coast Collecion was 14; 13 for the 2nd Collection.

These recordings show just how compressed much of our music is.
