Those on the Mac were read by Itunes onto its SSD. Those on the TuneBankHDD using software from Empirical Audio. The Mac PowerBook Pro playing Pure Music is used on that side. The TuneBank is connected with eSata to a modified Mac Mini and also uses Pure Music. In every instance the Empirical Audio system is far superior. I suspect a better read in ripping is part of this improvement. I thought you were arguing that an accurate rip is an accurate rip.
