To expand on Mike's solution you should know that the latest gen Echo and Echo Plus will release on October 31. The tiny Echo Dot has been out for a while now.
These devices are fine for casual music listening but they leave a lot to be desired in terms of 'audiophile quality' sound or even mid-fi stereo sound.
A noticeable improvement can be had by plugging into the Echo's 3.5mm stereo jack and hooking it up to a pair of powered speakers or your stereo system.
