I ordered one. First have to see what difference one makes.
I have bigger sonic problems now. My UPS died and I replaced it with one of the same make and model. The old one used to run its fan only when using or charging the batteries. The new one runs the fan 24/7, and it is audible at my listening position. Not sure how I am going to deal with this problem, as it involves running power wiring between rooms. I am reluctant to put the UPS in a closet because it would probably overheat in the event it had to run for an extended period, such as after a drunk crashes into a light pole or an ice storm takes down some trees...
