The SOTM SMS-100 has always looked interesting as a simple, "audiophile" replacement for the Squeezebox touch, driving a USB DAC directly or via an SPDIF converter. However, I have had a hard time finding detailed reviews on it and in particular, how it compares with the SBT in terms of sound.
Does anyone have any real world experience on SOTM SMS-100? How is it in terms of sound and operation? Is it any better or worse than an SBT?
Thanks.
