I choose cheap way to upgrade my Dell notebook sound.
Bought cheap $55 HIFIMEDiy Sabre USB DAC (simmiliar to the Dragonfly but cheap)

You can choose good 3.5mm to RCA interconnect cable in the market.

Running free software ;Foobar or Lilith to play FLAC/WAV.
So far I'm happy with this solution
