RE: Off topic (Mytek remote control)-How?

I don't recall how I configured the FN1 button. I did what the manual said and it worked. While I was at it, I also configured the FN2 button to do "mute". RTFM, but be prepared to be confused for an hour on how the menu commands work as it is different from other "twist and push" interfaces. Also, note that the manual has two diagrams of the navigation graph, one using readable words and the other using the funny character set necessitated by the LED display.

When you alter polarity the right part of the display where the sample rate (or dsd or Hdsd) is displayed briefly flashes with a "neg" or "pos" to show you what the new polarity is. This isn't the greatest in human engineering, but if you have forgotten you can always push the FN1 button twice. It would be better if Mytek borrowed a pixel to show the current polarity, similar to what they do while digital volume control is enabled.
