RE: Mac OS X sound system sleep fixes.


I would not be surprised if various power saving schemes on Apple computers work as poorly as they do on Windows computers.

Based on personal experience I would be surprised. Power management on all my Macs old and new work superbly. Never had an issue with it.

Getting power management to work properly requires through integration of hardware and software....

Hmm, seems to me that a company that designs it's own hardware and it's own OS and related management applications for said hardware will have a much better chance of getting the integration right.
