The best audio streming solution is networked audio, but it needs to avoid the audio stack and it needs to be multi-channel. Neither of these is currently the case for Microsoft or Apple.
Sounds like a job for Steve N., you have the solution now put it into action. You didn't blow all your profits of women and booze did you??? Time put your theory into action and gather the right group of investors to blow-the-doors off of computer audio as we know it.
