Ripped cd's to HD, now what????

136.1.1.101

First I just want to thank everyone thats helped me so far. There is NO WAY I could have figured it out on my own. So far I've ripped my cd collection to my HD via EAC/flac. So now I have all my great music on my HD and want to know what I need to do to get it out to speakers and still have it sound good. It sounds decent enough thru my PC speakers but you all know what I mean. Eventually I would like to have the music accessible from a few different rooms in my home. What will this neccessitate? I've tired looking on the web for info but cannot find any. Sure I find info on Squeezeboxes and Dac's but no EXPLANATION of what these product do. I know many here use these things but for what? I basically need to know my options for getting the music OUT of my PC and INTO either a home stereo system or other type of output. If a website if available with all this information please post...Thanks again everyone..

Ron
