Setting foobar buffer to 63 has never worked to get rid of pops with ASIO. Do 2 things:

1) Cont-alt-del to see all processes, then select Foobar, then set it to highest priority.

2) Download ASIOCaps utility, then set the ASIO buffer to maximum allowed by your hardware.

I can't conceive of situations where doing these 2 won't work!
