I am thinking of building a 'burn in' unit for the 6AS7s using a B&K variable AC power supply with the voltage set to 12.6, and two 8 pin sockets with the filament pins wired in series. There are a couple of reasons for this, the most important being that I don't have to pull tubes in and out of my MA-1's.It's a very good idea, Frank. I've done this very same thing myself. There's certainly nothing wrong with your timing. I will always do my best to help. This will not change.
