Lew, what you have been told is exactly what I understand to be the case and why I've been posting my concerns and questions.For me, if Ralph is not dealt with honorably and well and to his satisfaction, I will not buy another Atma-Sphere product or service, I will not recommend another Atma-Sphere product, and I will explicitly withdraw my endorsement of Atma-Sphere products in the Internet forums. I will also continue to make others aware of what has happened at Atma-Sphere with every future opportunity.
I was hopeful that the delay in Ralph's "announcement" meant that negotiations were again under way to achieve an equitable resolution to this sorry state of affairs. I am no longer so hopeful that this will be accomplished.
