Billy, I don't think so... I'm still waiting for the "new management" to get Ralph's unqualified endorsement in a direct posting from Ralph. In every successful "passing of the torch" I've witnessed over the years, a direct endorsement has come from the former principal; in every disaster, the former principal was conspicuously silent. Ralph is conspicuously silent, imo. And if everything is so swimmingly good, why has all update/repair work now moved to California? Sure, that's where Mark is, but what about the technicians at the factory in Minneapolis? And where is the factory these days? I don't think we've heard the full story on this management change.
