I have never given any attention to these phono tubes, but it is obvious that I should. I replaced the Russian 6SN7's with matched Sylvania tubes from Andy Bouwman. This was an extemely significant upgrade. How would you recommend replacing the Chinese phono tubes? While we're at it, what effect should I get from some Tung-Sol's in v4 of my M-60's? How critical is matching in this application?
