Hi Bill,I have the same vintage M-60's however mine is one the last of the kits. I think I can answer part of your question since there are no other takers. The Dale resistors are probably the one ohm plate resistors (should be 5W) on each section of the output tubes. These are not an upgrade in the sense you imply; these were not present on early models but became standard at some point for all Atma-Sphere models.
The IC caps (Illinois Capacitor) are also standard issue, but to my knowledge there is no upgrade here aside from adding more of them as the driver circuit evolved. These are great caps for the money, and their size at 100uF @350V is one of the smallest packages available.
The resistor upgrade usually involves Caddock brand resistors which physically look different than the typical resistor; they are usually squarish and some look like T0-220 semiconductor packages. The power supply upgrade (boost?) usually involves stacking capacitors on top of the existing ones in the output section. Could be any brand like Cornell-Dubilier or Sprague. I don't know what type of coupling teflon caps Atma-Sphere uses for the teflon upgrade. If you emailed Ralph or Mark Gilmore, they could answer your questions definitively in a much shorter message!
Take care,
William
