On the tube box is written "country of origin as marked on the tube" and on each tube base it is written:" Made in the USSR". Also, I looked at these tubes next to the Russian Svetlana and Reflector marked tubes in the two Atma-Sphere amps that I have borrowed and have noticed no difference between them in the external or internal looks whatsoever.The reason I put them on Ebay to sell (have had emal why am I not selling directly...) are two:
1)My previous experience with a few other audio/electronics user groups, when posting there FS, has been a lot of correspondence which never ended in any actual selling.
2)Sellin over Ebay permits the buyer to use CC online payments via WU Auction Payments and I could otherwise not take CC payment myself. People would then try to pay me with personal or banker's check which are a problem for me here.
I am no particular fan of Ebay, but it happens to work for me where I live better than other places to sell.
