To add to Mark's reply:The combined load is the only impedance the amplifier sees. By keeping this high, the amplifier will deliver more and cleaner power. The distribution of power within the array will be the same regardless of what amplifier you feed it with.
I'm also curious what you mean by "T16." This wouldn't have transistors in it, would it?
