I am on a speaking basis with Bruce Rozenblit of Transcendent Sound. He is at this moment releasing a self regulating tube tester in either kit form or built that will test every tube parameter that is available. He can be sometimes difficult to work with ,however I have used some of his products and they are all well thought out and sound. Only thing I might recommend is to upgrade the caps.
