Turning an M-60 into an S-30 ?

Hi everybody !
I'm really thinking of building myself a pair of M-60 after having buyed the construction manual from Ralph of course , and I'm wondering if it could be possible to turn a M-60 into a dual mono 30 watts amp like the S-30 which seems to be just a divided M-60 ?
