Hi everyone... I am new to the world of "audiophile" and am looking to put together a system. I was speaking with a local dealer about purchasing a Cary and he suggested also taking a listen to the M-60 MkII's. His suggestion is to pair them up with some Soliloquy 5.3's. I am going to listen this week, but was wondering if anyone has familiarity with this combo ? I have also noticed that several list members are using the Nohr 9.0 Marbles. Do these speakers pair up well with the M-60. Would this combo be too much for a smallish room (12' by 13')?
Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am very excited to here the M-60's and would be willing to spend the extra cash (about $1000. over the cost of the Cary), if they aren't "oversized" sound wise for a small room. Also, how does M-60 perform at low listening levels?
Once again, Thanks for any info.
