One more thing I am thinking is signal reflection. I remember Bruce of MIT says that the shields of wire may reflect signal. Can we add graphite to avoid signal reflection? I am not sure whether this kind of hexagonal covalent bonds will reflect signal or not :)
My experience is that signal carrying capacitors should not get too close to the chassis, I don't understand the reason.
