PÃ¼tz makes two direct driven ESL named Audio Exclusif, of which I have heard the smaller one. This one looks pretty much like the Final 1.2.
If you want to get more info, you must contact PÃ¼tz by mail, as they are not linked up to the net. I will not give you my impressions on how the Audio Exclusif sound, as they are VERY different to anything I have heard so far.
And I am well familiar with planar loudspeakers of any kind: ribbon, esl, magnetostats.
