You will be OK. The only time I have screwed up the proper operating conditions, and the sound, was with a mismatch of V1 & V2 tubes when I mixed types (ie 6SN7 and 6SL7).
You may get a slightly different sound when you flip-flop the V1 and V2 tubes. Use what sounds best.
