For the LV supplies in my amps, I bypassed each bank of caps (about 14000uF per phase) with a 220uF Black Gate. Then the BGs are bypassed with 2uF MIT RTXs which are in turn bypassed by .02uF VTV silver foil/oil caps. I have no idea what all of that does for the sound, but it makes me feel real good. Seriously though, in other cases I have listened before and after bypassing the lytics in the PS, and I have always noted an improvement in bass and midrange clarity and hf extension.
