Does not the date of the Wiggins' "invention" of the circlotron go back to the late 1940s? If so, it's possible that the Finnish inventor was aware of Wiggins' work prior to 1955. I guess Ralph knows better than anyone else. This kind of thing (not being credited with an original idea) happens all the time in science, so the scenario favoring the Finnish gentleman is entirely possible.
