I love it. I built mine from scratch based on the schematics in Bruce's book. At $800 factory assembled or $500 in kit form, it is a great deal. You can also contact Bruce about having an associate assemble you one for somewhere in between.
I have no comparative evaluation of the Grounded Grid vs. any Atma-Sphere preamp. When I heard the Atma-Sphere preamp and amp together, they were astounding!
