Another Unpopular Opinion

IMHO, I believe all the power cord hype is nothing more than that: hype. Go with a cord that has sufficient gauge to carry the current required by our amps. Our amps are class A and need very heavy guage power cords. This is especially true for the lager amps in the Atma-Sphere line. It's very important to keep power cord resistance, and therefore voltage drop down to a minimum. Using Hubble sockets in the wall and on the end our your power cords, can make a very real difference in terms of delivering all the power your amps need. There's no reason to heat up your power cord and power connections due to excessive voltage drop. This power should be going to the amp and then off to the speaker. This will improve sonics.
