I am strongly considering purchasing the M-60 Mk II Reference amps in kit form. The amps will be used to drive the woofer in John Wollf's T-3 project. To save on the number of boxes, connections, etc, I would like to install a low-pass filter (Sallen-Key type, 18dB/octave) at the balanced inputs to the M-60. Sources are an Aesthetix Io w/attenuators (Zout 350 Ohms, 80 dB gain) and an Accuphase DP-75 (variable outputs, 2.5V max) both to be used "straight in" w/o line stage. Has anyone tried this? What are the potential pitfalls? Thanks in advance.Phil Sieg
