You can buy it in hardware stores everywhere in the "home insulation" department, where you find the foam rubber thingies for your wall outlets, and foam tape for your windows, etc.I also used Dynamat, which cost many X as much as Mortite, (more-tight, get it?) but also fell off and was difficult to work with, especially in small quarters.
The part of the horn that needs the dampening the most, IMO, is the throat closest to the driver. Some put stuff on the large end; I did everywhere, but double and triple thicknesses by the throat.
