I've got nothing but good things to say about the World chair, though I understand it may not be ideal in an office setting with a bunch of different sitters/sitting styles. I had the choice between it and the Aeron and, much like audio gear, it came down to personal preference. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that it's a little creakier than a chair of this quality ought to be.
The CAV-75 is 75 watts per channel, which in my mind, appears to be total overkill. The last few years I've been listening to flea powered tubes which never left me wanting for volume.
