including the ones Chris Brady has (or had?).When I heard them they were bi-amped (Welborn? 300B SET x 4) with digital x-over(Berringer?) and a monster horn sub powered by an OTL amp of some sort.
In the sweet spot (narrow) I would have to say about the best sound I have heard EVER. That's having heard a LOT of differing systems at dozens of major national and international shows.
Understand Chris added a plasma tweeter (good) but went with a passive x-over that I am not sure was an improvement (JMHO).
All that said, Rich and Steve know their stuff and if I had the room and the $$ I'd give the Cogents a try.
