I have not auditioned the Oppo 205 and are only commenting on your review which seems at odds with statements from Modwright. I have no interest in tubes new or old. As for mch. with a receiver this only refers to Kal who uses a pre-pro & additional amps. I assume you have no interest in mch SACD. I repeat reading your enthusiastic review of the 205, its hard to understand why anyone would spend more than the cost of this spinner on a mod
