otherwise, for the first year, it was the two Sonys SCD-1/777 and the Marantz SA-1. Accuphase was pretty quick to the market too, with their 100/101 transport/processor...again, IIRC. I'd say a good year before MC mixes started making their way in, as a rule.Chris
